Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will develop detailed project plans, facilitate cross-functional planning sessions, and oversee day-to-day project execution while ensuring effective communication and documentation across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent projects and programs
• Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams to break initiatives into tasks, estimates, and dependencies
• Run day-to-day project execution, including status tracking, risk management, and action-item follow-through

Required qualifications

• 4-7 years of project or program management experience with ownership of multiple concurrent cross-functional projects
• Experience at a startup or small company working directly with delivery teams
• Strong command of core project management fundamentals such as work breakdown and risk management
• Excellent facilitation skills, capable of running productive planning sessions
• Proficiency with Notion and familiarity with AI tools for program management
