Job Summary

Proactively managing multiple cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Program Manager will oversee planning, coordination, and execution to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, transforming ideas into tangible outcomes through strategic execution
• Monitor project progress and set ambitious deadlines to ensure timely delivery and exceed expectations
• Facilitate communication between teams and department heads to foster collaboration and clarity in project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in contemporary web tools and technologies such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs
• Prior experience in project management or product management with a focus on problem-solving
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking, with a pragmatic approach to tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to various tasks and prioritize effectively
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
