Program Manager, Academic Affairs

Job Summary

To support the operational effectiveness of Academic Affairs, the part-time Program Manager, Academic Affairs will manage relationships with residency and fellowship programs, develop initiatives for continuous improvement, and serve as the primary operational contact for program compliance and support, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen and manage relationships with Vituity Residency and Fellowship Programs in collaboration with various directors
• Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance operational effectiveness within Academic Affairs
• Track and report on academic program performance metrics to inform strategic planning and identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with physician residency and/or fellowship programs
• Experience in a hospital system with a basic understanding of hospital operations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience managing executive-level relationships with hospital leadership and C-suite stakeholders preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Salesforce preferred
