Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adaptation and Resilience Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Adaptation & Resilience Fund, including grantmaking and governance
• Manage timelines, processes, and tasks for the Fund, ensuring efficient grant processing and reporting
• Conduct research on adaptation and resilience topics and support cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project and program management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft applications
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment
• Ability to evaluate issues and make decisions with minimal supervision
