Program Manager Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager Advisor to provide technical expertise and support for large programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and coordinate digital transformation initiatives across teams
• Lead technical program execution, ensuring alignment with delivery commitments and managing risks
• Develop executive-ready presentations and manage change to ensure successful adoption of new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline
• Five to seven years of experience in project/program management or related fields
• Experience in planning major projects, including development of project proposals and financial justifications
• Proficiency in technical program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation or technology modernization programs
