Job Summary

Leading employee adoption and operational enablement efforts for AI technologies, the full-time remote Program Manager AI Adoption will coordinate initiatives to enhance understanding and utilization of AI tools across the Lender Division, collaborating with various teams to improve productivity and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive employee awareness and effective utilization of AI-enabled tools and workflows
• Coordinate AI enablement programs, employee engagement efforts, and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI adoption initiatives and governance activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or related field
• 3-6+ years of experience in program management, employee enablement, or change management
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
