Program Manager, AI Enablement

Job Summary

To support the AI First vision, the full-time remote Program Manager, AI Enablement will manage workflow intake, coordinate sessions, track adoption, and create reusable patterns for Developer Marketing Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Run the AI First operating rhythm and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment
• Manage workflow intake from various sources, prioritize tasks, and negotiate deadlines with stakeholders
• Identify recurring workflows and partner with AI Enablement Engineers to scope initial wins

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, product management, project management, customer success, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization for at least 1 year
• 3+ years of experience in a technology organization
• Hands-on experience using and building with AI tools in a professional setting
• Experience creating operating rhythms, intake systems, and enablement programs
