Program Manager - AI Enablement

Job Summary

Responsible for the end-to-end execution of enterprise initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce productivity, the full-time remote Program Manager - AI Enablement will manage cross-functional productivity efforts, including AI-enabled workflow redesign and process standardization, while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and adopted consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of workforce productivity initiatives from intake through launch and stabilization, maintaining program artifacts and coordinating execution across relevant stakeholders
• Identify and prioritize productivity opportunities by partnering with leaders to evaluate workflows that may benefit from redesign or automation
• Define and monitor performance indicators related to workforce productivity, ensuring measures are meaningful and tracking results against expected outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• 4 years of experience in program management, operations improvement, or related fields
• Preferred Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Organizational Leadership
• Preferred certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, or Six Sigma
