Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, AI Transformation (Customer Success).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Customer Success leadership to identify needs and priorities across the post-sales organization
  • Program-manage the design and rollout of AI-powered workflows, collaborating with engineering and product teams
  • Drive adoption and measure impact of AI initiatives, leading change management efforts and reporting on outcomes


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or digital customer success roles
  • Experience in designing or implementing AI and automation in post-sales environments
  • Ability to build no-code AI prototypes and workflows
  • Deep understanding of customer success lifecycle stages and relevant technologies
  • Analytical skills to monitor workflow performance and iterate based on data
