Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide leadership and project management for the Medical Staff and Peer Review Services in the Alaska Region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage program and project initiatives for the Medical Staff and Peer Review Services
Identify and implement innovative strategies to promote collaboration and high reliability
Work across institutional and functional boundaries to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or in the process of obtaining certification upon hire
Minimum 3 years of Medical Staff Coordinator experience
Working knowledge of Medical Staff Services software system/database
