Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager/Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality contract services through staff training, scheduling, and process improvements
• Develop and complete test plans and maintain project documentation for program solutions
• Interface with management to ensure IT services meet customer needs and prepare required reports

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in web development or content management
• 3+ years of program/project management experience in a web development environment
• Recent hands-on technical experience in web development projects
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• PMP and/or CSM certifications preferred
