Job Summary

Leading integrated program management and data analytics initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager - Analytics will oversee planning, execution, and performance of complex healthcare programs while leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and management of complex healthcare programs, ensuring alignment with goals and contractual requirements
• Provide strategic oversight of program plans, schedules, deliverables, and performance objectives, proactively addressing potential issues
• Oversee the collection and analysis of complex healthcare data, ensuring data quality and translating findings into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Data Analytics
• Minimum of 10 years of program management experience in government contracting or healthcare environments
• At least 8 years of experience in data management and analytics, including performance measurement and actionable insights development
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent with at least six years of experience in a large corporation or government agency
• Experience working directly with federal government clients and engaging with stakeholders in support of federal programs
