Program Manager, Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Agentic Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary stakeholder liaison for cross-functional teams, translating operational pain points into technical requirements
• Capture and maintain AI-augmented documentation including technical requirements and workflow definitions
• Own the delivery of agentic automation workflows from proof of concept through full production deployment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Technical Program Management, or Data/Automation-focused roles
• Proven experience in technical or data-focused project management roles bridging strategy and execution
• Strong experience using AI tools and LLMs for documentation and workflow design
• Data literacy, including familiarity with Medallion data architecture concepts
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Atlas) and Miro for project tracking
