Program Manager - AV Safety

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - AV Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an effective Safety Management System (SMS)
• Lead execution of strategic SMS roadmaps and communicate implementation reviews with executive leadership
• Develop governance for the SMS program in consultation with Legal and support the SMS Steering Committee and Safety Council

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, or related technical fields
• 5+ years of leadership experience in implementing SMS in the transportation sector
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
• Experience working with the ICAO SMS framework
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence change within the organization
