Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Biopharma Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning project management responsibilities and day-to-day logistics for biopharma client partnership programs
- Managing clinical trial recruitment workflow utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deepening client relationships with senior members of partner organizations and building infrastructure to support program growth
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in relevant program management roles in biotech/biopharma industry
- Experience developing project management standard operating procedures and best practices
- Leadership and experience identifying operational efficiencies to streamline workflows
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Domain knowledge in clinical genetics/genomics is a plus
