Program Manager, Biotherapies

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Biotherapies Program Manager to oversee client-facing responsibilities in a dynamic biotherapies environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program objectives and deliverables for stem cell and CAR-T therapy projects
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and metrics to track progress and performance
• Coordinate with external clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, clinical/laboratory science, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of policy and procedure development, program analysis, and report preparation
• 8 years of related experience, including 5 years in Project or Program Management
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
