Program Manager Business
Job Summary
Driving end-to-end execution of the Digital Data Networks Sample Program, the full-time remote Program Manager Business will manage cross-functional teams to enhance customer responsiveness and ensure timely delivery of sample orders for AI and hyperscale customers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute the sample order process, including Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- Manage order creation in SAP for critical sample orders and oversee materials setup for AI customer orders
- Track key milestones and drive continuous improvement in delivery and sample performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience managing tactical actions for high-visibility projects or technical programs
- Experience with organizational change or business transformation initiatives
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Familiarity with order management tools such as SAP, RTS, SMS, and SFDC
