Program Manager Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time remote Program Manager Business Analyst will manage requirements gathering related to the Department of the Air Force's recruitment lifecycle, document user stories, and collaborate with development teams on enhancements and configuration management.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document business cases for the Department of the Air Force's HR functionality
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria while liaising between development and testing teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to assess risks, opportunities, and outcomes post-implementation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years of experience in a relevant field
• BS degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
• Experience with Oracle HR Systems and running Oracle SQL
• Strong familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience working with Air Force government clients
