Program Manager, Business Partnerships

Job Summary

To drive cross-functional business and partnership programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Business Partnerships will manage day-to-day execution, coordinate stakeholders, and support external partnerships while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of business and partnership programs by managing workstreams and timelines
• Support external partnerships as a day-to-day operational point of contact, ensuring accountability to SLAs and quality standards
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and unblock progress through proactive communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex environment
• Strong program management fundamentals including planning, risk management, and milestone tracking
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients
• Ability to create documentation and systems for repeatable processes
• Growth-minded with a passion for enabling better mental health outcomes at scale
