Job Summary

Managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources, the full-time remote Program Manager - Business Transformation will execute governance processes, manage stakeholders, and drive program deliverables while ensuring effective communication with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing plans
• Execute governance processes to achieve program deliverables and manage stakeholder engagement
• Identify and implement key metrics to track project success and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6+ years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3+ years of experience
• Proven leadership in business transformation and large-scale program management
• Strong project/program management skills, including risk mitigation and stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
• Experience working across regions, divisions, and functions to influence organizational change
