Program Manager - C4ISR Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - C4ISR Operations & Intelligence Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of accountability for program execution, customer engagement, and contract performance
• Lead and manage geographically distributed teams of ISR operators, intelligence analysts, and subcontractors
• Ensure program compliance with technical, financial, security, and reporting requirements of the prime contract

Required Qualifications:

• Remote position requiring residence within a two-hour radius of Doral, FL
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex DoD programs focused on ISR or C4ISR operations
• Proven experience leading Cost-Plus-Award-Fee (CPAF) or hybrid contract types
