Job Summary

Overseeing Allina Health's Capital Planning program, the full-time remote Program Manager - Capital Planning will manage capital budgeting processes, develop business plans, and ensure strategic alignment with executive leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manages Allina Health's capital planning and budgeting program, ensuring adherence to finance standards
• Leads capital analytics and preview meetings with executives, overseeing the internal capital prioritization and approval process
• Advises leadership on capital planning processes and provides training to enhance financial acumen across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
