Program Manager, Care Operations

Job Summary

To execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs, the full-time remote Program Manager, Care Operations will manage end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and design operational workflows while driving improvements in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of care programs from workflow documentation to post-launch iteration
• Coordinate across Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Care Delivery Operations to ensure program alignment and progress
• Translate clinical protocols into operational workflows and maintain training materials for consistent execution

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, or a related field, with a preference for value-based care or population health experience
• Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive work forward independently
• Strong process documentation skills, with experience in creating usable SOPs and playbooks
• Experience with care management platforms or AI-enabled tools in healthcare
• Analytical mindset, using metrics to track progress and inform decisions
