• Manage end-to-end project implementations, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional relationships
• Analyze departmental performance through data collection and interpretation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management and design
• 2+ years of experience creating projects/programs independently and in teams
• Experience using data to enhance programs
• Experience with enterprise-wide initiative implementation and project planning
• Healthcare experience is preferred
