Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Program Manager, Channel Enablement who will manage the design, delivery, and effectiveness of scalable enablement programs across a global partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enhancing partner performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of enablement programs tailored for a dynamic partner ecosystem
- Own the full lifecycle of enablement initiatives, from requirements gathering to content curation and results tracking
- Collaborate with various teams to align programs with key priorities and maintain consistency in content across all formats
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning & development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enablement programs that enhance sales productivity
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive programs from start to finish
- Demonstrated attention to detail and visual design ability, with experience in creating engaging, brand-aligned materials
- Familiarity with sales tools and enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Moodle
