Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager - Data Science/Clinical Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global Phase 1-4 trial implementation in partnership with project leads
• Oversee site activation and operational execution across study timelines
• Train site and CRO staff while supporting ongoing oversight and project management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or graduate degree in Business or Life Sciences preferred
• 8+ years of total business experience, including 5+ years in a clinical development environment
• Strong background in clinical research operations with hands-on experience supporting global trials
• Solid understanding of GCP, regulatory processes, and trial oversight best practices
• Passion for innovation and interest in advancing next-gen trial models
