Program Manager, Clinical Mental Health

Job Summary

To support the MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, the full-time Program Manager will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate academic processes, manage student onboarding, and facilitate program communications, with options for remote or local work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of program operations, including course scheduling and major events
• Manage student onboarding and maintain communication with prospective and current students
• Support continuous improvement efforts through data collection, program communications, and accreditation activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and DocuSign
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with new technologies and databases
