Program Manager, Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Program Manager, Clinical Operations is a full-time position responsible for supporting clinical teams by organizing data, driving business intelligence, and managing projects to optimize performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and synthesize clinical value data for presentations and reports
• Act as a liaison between clinical services and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of clinical program value
• Lead and coordinate projects within specialty utilization management, tracking timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, health sciences, or a related field required
• Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) strongly preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in utilization management or clinical operations
• Project management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with cardiovascular and musculoskeletal care programs is a plus
