Job Summary
Leading the planning and implementation of enterprise-wide program management initiatives, the full-time remote Program Manager - Clinical Services will oversee strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency across various healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and implements program charters, roadmaps, and operational models aligned with organizational priorities
- Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to drive the adoption of new workflows and care models while managing stakeholder engagement
- Establishes governance structures and monitors key performance indicators to ensure program compliance and success
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, finance, analytics, informatics, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare program management or clinical operations (required)
- Experience leading complex cross-functional healthcare initiatives, particularly in chronic disease management or value-based care (preferred)
- Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably EPIC, and program/project management skills
