Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Clinical Tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program manager for Epic clinical tools, coordinating enhancements and cross-functional initiatives
• Design and implement mechanisms for project intake, prioritization, and tracking of clinical tool projects
• Facilitate working sessions with leadership and staff to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional technology or clinical application programs in healthcare
• Hands-on experience with Epic clinical applications and understanding of clinical workflows
• Strong ability to define project scope and create executable plans from evolving business needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and visualization tools
• Experience with documentation including project plans and process flows
