Program Manager - Clinical Trials

Job Summary

To enhance global access to clinical trials, the full-time remote Program Manager - Clinical Trials will manage patient recruitment programs, ensuring smooth operations, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality delivery from initial contact to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for BioPharma clients and internal stakeholders regarding patient recruitment programs
• Oversee the onboarding and launch of new programs, including the development of recruitment materials
• Maintain program oversight, manage ongoing activities, and ensure timely delivery and budget compliance

Required qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)
• 2+ years of trial/project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry or CROs
• Thorough understanding of clinical research and patient recruitment processes
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading client-facing programs and managing expectations effectively
