Program Manager, Clinician Training

Job Summary

Owning the clinician training program, the full-time remote Program Manager, Clinician Training will lead onboarding, manage content creation, and administer the LMS while ensuring effective training delivery that enhances clinician engagement and success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the clinician onboarding and end-user training programs, ensuring alignment with product release cycles
• Design and maintain a comprehensive curriculum for clinician training across various formats
• Administer the LMS, including documentation, learning path configuration, and engagement reporting

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or a related enablement role
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-serve formats
• Experience implementing or administering a learning management system (LMS)
• Strong project management skills to manage competing requests and maintain current training modules
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including Product and Clinical teams
