Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in global commercial launch or program management roles
• Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional global launch programs
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process optimization
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
