Job Summary
To drive strategic goals within Community Support, the full-time remote Program Manager will implement large-scale, cross-functional programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery
- Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain strategic alignment and communicate project status
- Develop and execute program plans and schedules to achieve targeted performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Masters preferred
- 8+ years of experience in customer service, particularly in contact center operations and technology
- Proven track record managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills in a global environment
- Ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate with senior executives
