Job Summary

To drive strategic goals within Community Support, the full-time remote Program Manager will implement large-scale, cross-functional programs, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead complex cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to maintain strategic alignment and communicate project status
  • Develop and execute program plans and schedules to achieve targeted performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or Masters preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in customer service, particularly in contact center operations and technology
  • Proven track record managing large, complex, cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills in a global environment
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and effectively communicate with senior executives
