Program Manager, Compliance Services

Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the full-time Program Manager, Compliance Services will assess customer compliance postures, manage PCI DSS and GLBA programs, and train client staff while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer compliance posture and design scalable programs, including foundational artifacts and governance structures
• Lead planning and execution of compliance initiatives, maintaining schedules and coordinating stakeholders across decentralized institutions
• Train customer staff and develop playbooks to ensure independent operation of compliance programs post-engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, IT compliance, or information security
• Demonstrated ownership of compliance or information security programs with executive-level stakeholder management
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS or GLBA
• Must obtain PCIP credential within 12 months of hire; PMP certification preferred
