Program Manager, Compliance Training

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ELTD Program Manager to oversee enterprise learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise-wide learning reporting strategy, including metrics and compliance tracking
• Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies
• Oversee operational strategy and manage end-to-end learning operations, including vendor relationships and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in learning operations, program management, or compliance training within a large financial institution or complex organization
• Strong understanding of banking compliance topics and regulatory requirements
• Experience utilizing LMS platforms and managing complex programs at an enterprise level
• Experience supporting risk, audit, and compliance reporting functions
