Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project initiatives related to compounding operations
Support new equipment initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in project or program management in pharmaceutical compounding or related fields
Technical aptitude to learn programs like SQL, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheets, and Looker
Experience with IQ/OQ, site acceptance testing, and employee training
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Medical approval to handle Hazardous Drugs and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
