Program Manager, Content Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager- Content & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage educational content and community engagement activities
• Coordinate and execute in-person and virtual events, including speaker onboarding and registration processes
• Develop feedback mechanisms and become a subject matter expert to enhance programming

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of program management experience
• Proven interpersonal skills with a strong client service orientation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with new technologies
• Motivated and adaptable to evolving business needs
