Program Manager (Contract)

Job Summary

Focusing on carbon and waste reduction initiatives, the fully remote Program Manager (Contract) will manage sustainability programs, develop performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve environmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track performance metrics for sustainability programs, including carbon and waste reduction
• Manage updates and analytics across sustainability stakeholders in logistics and supply chain
• Coordinate action plans with project owners to ensure accountability and execution of sustainability projects

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in program management, operations, or engineering
• Experience managing sustainability projects within a supply chain or related environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sourcing, and engineering
• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
