Program Manager, Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Contracts & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain contracting workflows within Ironclad to enhance the Institutional Sales contract pipeline
• Lead project management of cross-functional contracts initiatives, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery
• Develop and manage a comprehensive contracts reporting framework, including data extraction and maintaining the system of record for agreements

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in Legal Operations or a related field
• Direct experience supporting a fast-paced Institutional Sales or similar B2B client-facing team
• Expert-level experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, specifically Ironclad
• Strong knowledge of legal technology, including AI tools for contract review and data extraction
• Experience with data management, reporting, and building data models for contracts or structured business data
