Program Manager, Corporate Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager I, Corporate Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of the Product Launch Calendar (PLC) and develop a continuous improvement roadmap
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and investigate process breaches while escalating non-compliance issues
• Generate executive reports on product launch performance for senior leadership presentations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of program management experience with complex cross-functional programs
• Experience working at a tech company, collaborating directly with product and engineering teams
• Basic understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence
• Experience in identifying and implementing scalable solutions to systemic challenges
