Program Manager, Custom Programs

Job Summary

To support a growing Custom Programs team, the full-time remote Program Manager, Custom Programs will manage a portfolio of customized study abroad programs, collaborate with institutional partners, and oversee program planning and execution across various educational models.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of custom program opportunities to meet annual sales goals
• Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team to generate new program leads and secure partnerships
• Engage in industry conferences and events to promote CIEE's Custom Programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years of solution sales, account management, or partnership development experience
• Experience working with faculty or within higher education preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Study abroad experience preferred
