Program Manager, Custom Programs

Job Summary

To develop and manage customized study abroad programs, the full-time salaried Program Manager, Custom Programs will serve as the primary contact for CIEE partners in the U.S., managing a pipeline of opportunities and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful program execution both remotely and onsite in Portland and Boston.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of custom program opportunities to meet annual sales goals
• Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team to generate new program leads and secure partnerships
• Engage in CIEE and industry conferences to promote Custom Programs and assist with special projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in solution sales, account management, or partnership development
• Experience working with faculty or within higher education preferred
• Self-motivated and collaborative with strong relationship management skills
• Ability to travel 10% of the time
