Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
  • Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and oversee program/project management throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in a technology-driven organization
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects within the broadband industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
  • PMP certification or equivalent experience desired
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
