Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Customer Experience - Broadband.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customer experience pain points and build a Customer Experience strategy
- Manage and facilitate customer operations process improvement initiatives and oversee program/project management throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate and monitor the workflow of cross-functional teams while ensuring on-time delivery and achievement of business goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on operational improvements in a technology-driven organization
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects within the broadband industry
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- PMP certification or equivalent experience desired
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
