Job Summary

Managing complex platform migrations, the full-time remote Program Manager, Customer Migrations will build a playbook and oversee a multi-year project plan while collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and program success.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track operational and customer-facing milestones from inception to final delivery
  • Create unified schedules and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring progress is tracked effectively
  • Drive communication on program health and serve as a triage point for incoming stakeholder requests
Required qualifications
