Job Summary
Managing complex platform migrations, the full-time remote Program Manager, Customer Migrations will build a playbook and oversee a multi-year project plan while collaborating with various teams to ensure timely delivery and program success.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track operational and customer-facing milestones from inception to final delivery
- Create unified schedules and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, ensuring progress is tracked effectively
- Drive communication on program health and serve as a triage point for incoming stakeholder requests
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in project or program management
- Proven ability to lead by influence and deliver large projects without direct authority
- Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability to change direction based on feedback
- Expertise in facilitating high-functioning meetings and securing decisions efficiently
