Job Summary
To enhance the customer experience, the full-time remote Program Manager, Customer Success Strategy will design and implement scalable lifecycle programs aimed at accelerating product adoption and improving customer retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and refine the overarching customer experience strategy and journey frameworks
- Lead the execution and tracking of strategic operational and lifecycle programs tailored to customer segments
- Manage the Customer Feedback program to ensure customer insights inform the customer experience strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in SaaS or software industries
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive customer success programs
- Familiarity with Customer Success platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proficient in analyzing data and linking program performance to key SaaS metrics
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects
