Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, CX Automations to drive AI and automation initiatives within their global CX operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the automations roadmap for Client Success & Support, aligning initiatives with business strategy
  • Lead the deployment of AI-powered Support solutions and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective adoption of new tools and provide training for operational tools
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership or automation initiatives
  • Proven track record in a SaaS CX or Support organization
  • Experience implementing AI and automation projects from pilot to full adoption
  • Familiarity with operational analytics and reporting tools
  • Deep knowledge of AI tools and operational systems such as Totango and Salesforce
