Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, CX Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, customer experience, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making
  • Expertise in program and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
