Program Manager, Data Analytics

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of data governance and analytics, the full-time remote Program Manager, Data Analytics will establish the foundational architecture for People metrics, oversee the development of dashboards, and ensure data quality while managing operational requests and fostering a data-informed culture.

Key responsibilities

• Translate People Experience objectives into a multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for data and analytics, ensuring delivery and scalability
• Define and implement the data governance framework, including ownership, quality criteria, and access policies for People data
• Build and maintain data models and schemas, establishing authoritative records for core People entities and ensuring data lineage

Required qualifications

• Experience in data and analytics, analytics engineering, or data governance, with a proven track record of building analytics functions from the ground up
• Deep expertise in data modeling and architecture, including schemas and semantic layers
• Hands-on experience writing SQL and developing reporting products and dashboards
• Experience defining and managing data governance processes, including quality and privacy standards
• Familiarity with People or HR data and the foundational elements that support AI and automation
