Program Manager - Data Center

Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Program Manager - Data Center will oversee low-voltage and telecommunications construction projects, ensuring governance and consistency while addressing complex technical and stakeholder challenges in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple Data Center Construction Project Managers, establishing program-wide standards for execution and reporting
• Oversee a portfolio of data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing risks and dependencies
• Provide technical oversight for telecommunications systems and ensure compliance with design and installation standards across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of construction management experience, including 5+ years in data center or mission-critical facility management
• 5+ years of people management or program leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
• Proficiency with construction and program management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
